HEY! Why Do I Need A Smart Cell Phone?

Posted on 10 August 2009 by cellphone

HEY! Why Do I Need a Cell Phone?

When we think of cell phones these days, sometimes all we can think of are teenagers and college students walking campus with phones almost implanted their ears, people too busy talking to drive properly, and the finally-debunked brain cancer scares that were bombarding the news for awhile. However, there are benefits of the cell phone, and they go beyond simple communications.

Today, people all over the world can immediately talk to one another, even in developing third world countries!
One cell phone that goes worldwide is the BlackBerry Storm.
My friend personally showed me how to get a free BlackBerry Storm.

Anyway, ensuring communication between people in other parts of the world is only one of the benefits of cell phones. When your car breaks down on the side of the highway, your cell phone is there to save the day. When you’re running late to a movie, you can use your trusty cell to inform friends.

Cell phones are cool. If you don?t have a cell phone, you?re almost out of the loop, because how are people going to get a hold of you if you are not sitting by your phone at home! Technology has made it so simple that anybody whether young or even up 80 years old or older can quickly operate a cell phone without a lot of training.

Cell phones are useful. They?re useful to have in case of emergencies, because you never know when you need one. If you?re in a situation where your car breaks down for example, you can quickly call a friend, a relative, or your roadside auto service if you have one.

Major cell phone service providers such AT & T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and others offer customized cell phone plans and tariff management structures for various consumer and commercial user segments. Businesses, enterprises, government agencies and start-ups benefit from the multiple cell phone plans that are on offer and, through a mix of planning, striking deals with the service providers and managing employees’ cell phone accounts leverage substantial benefits. To get a free BlackBerry Storm, or any other free phone is a good opportunity
to break into the smartphone business.

GPS ON A SMART PHONE

Back in the day, if you got lost somewhere along the way, there was no way to correct your directions, even with a %KEYWORD5. You had to go stop at a gas station and pray the person working behind the counter knew the area.

Yeah, sometimes the directions are a bit off, and sometimes they aren?t so clear. But many times it beats the hell out of listening to your friend ? with no sense of direction, of course ? tell you that ?oh, it?s the street about a thousand feet after the Getty station?? That always leads to disaster.

Go on and get yourself a phone!

Help In Shopping Best PDA Phones On The Market

Posted on 10 August 2009 by cellphone

The PDA phone revolution is here. Only a few years ago, many of us used to carry around a cell phone as well as a PDA, and suffered form the “too much a handle” syndrome. The PDA as well as the cell-phone manufacturers saw this development, and sensed that people need something else. Their answer was to come out with a PDA phone, or a smartphone. This sophisticated device integrates a PDA with a cell phone and allows you to stay on to of things without getting over-whelmed. The smart phone will enable you to:

1. Keep one calendar instead of two.

2. Talk to people on the phone and check things on your email on the web at the same time. This saves a lot of time and returned phone calls.
3. Carry less

4. Upgrade just one device instead of two, when it’s time to upgrade.

5. Look sharper than ever!

So after we talked about the many advantages of having a smartphone, how do you find the Best PDA Phones and choose the one for you?
There are quite a few smartphone manufacturers - iPAQ, Palm-Treo and BalckBerry to name a few.
When ever you look for a PDA phone, pay attention to theses parameters:

1. Is it compact and light? some smartphones are just heavy and awkward to handle. You don’t need that. Go for a light and thin device that won’t be a burden.

2. Is it easy operate? Some PDA phones have complicated menus that require you to invest a lot of effort. Take a good look at how the PDA phone in operated and look for one that is easy.

3. Does it use standard software? - most smartphones are. But just check to be sure. You don’t want a smartphone that is “spoiled” and needs special software and accessories to operate at a basic level. For instance, prefer one that uses an operating system like the Palm OS.

4. Is the phone working well? There is a fine balance between the PDA and the Phone parts in any phone PDA. The Best PDA Phones balance that well and both parts work perfectly, and are fully integrate. Make sure yours does.

5. Do you feel comfortable with it? Perhaps the most important one of all. If you’re not comfortable with the device, it deosn’t really matter if it’s considered the best in the market, does it? Choose the one you feel good about.

Taking a good look at the variety of smartphonmes as well as reading reviews and consulting with owners is good practice. It will ensure you come up with the Best PDA Phones on the market, from which you can choose yours.

Posted on 10 August 2009 by cellphone

Internet Phone - Less Than $20/Year WOW!

If you are doing business online we all know that having a phone number available for people to contact you is a must. Not only does this make communication much easier and more effective, but at the same time it makes you look very professional and stand out from the crowd. My phone number is posted publicly on facebook and many other sites for the sole purpose of making myself available to those I work with on the internet. Maybe you haven?t noticed, but is very hard to do business, if people cannot get ahold of you! There is no reason to spend big bucks on a phone line these days, voip phone service is getting to be very reasonable.

What Is VOIP Voice Over IP?

Good question. Many do not know what voip is and what it stand for is simply ?Voice Over IP? and IP stands for Internet Protocol. This simply means that this is a phone service that is ran over the internet, as long as you have a decent internet connection, you can save big on your monthly phone bill.

What Companies Offer VOIP?

Well there are many who are jumping into the voip business and Verison, ATT and one of the most popular, or at least most advertised is Vonnage. However these services are still charging anywhere between $10.00 and $19.99 Per Month of Service! Well you may say that this sounds like a great deal and for the most part it is. On the other hand, how does $20/Year for all the phone calls you can make or receive and including long distance sound?

How Can I Get Unlimited Calling For $20.00/Year?

Let me tell you about a new company that I have been with for about one year now, the company is called Magic Jack and these guys are amazing! They offer a free trial of there service so you can make sure it is going to work for you. I use there service for all my business calls and it does not cost anything per month, it only costs $19.99/year and that is cheap!

They have many cool features including custom voice messages and call forwarding. The neatest feature they have is the voice mail witch comes to you in your email. For me this is awesome because I can check my home phone/landline messages right from my iPhone.

The fact is that you can buy this device and pay for a full year, for the the cost of 2 month service with vonage. So if you are looking for a great voip provider at an unbelievable price, look no further and get on over to Magic Jack today!

Much Success,

Nick Simpson

Posted on 10 August 2009 by cellphone

If you are looking to buy cheap mobile phones, here is an option for you: the mobile phone maker INQ Mobile is launching two new cheap mobile phones optimised for social networking applications. When you take a look at the features of these phones, relatively to their low prices, you will understand why they are so attractive.

Here is some background information on this mobile phone maker. It actually part of Hong Kong’s Hutchison Whampoa - who in turn is the parent of mobile operator 3. They have already launched a cheap mobile phone with “smartphone-features” earlier this year. These two mobiles expands on this device and gives options for people looking to buy cheap mobile phones.

The names of these two cheap phones are the INQ Chat 3G phone, which has a full-Qwerty keypad and looks like a colourful BlackBerry, and the INQ Mini, which is shaped like a candy-bar and comes with a standard mobile phone keypad.

Features

It can be assumed right from the start that these 2 models are not as capable as your iPhone or Blackberry. Their operating systems are Java based and they don’t run full browsers. But hey! It got all the necessary functions of a good mobile phone. And the most important thing is that it is cheap. If you want to buy cheap mobile phones that meet your communication needs, they are more than sufficient. You don’t need that many features anyway!

The most wonderful features of the INQ mobile phone is that it has integrated many of the most popular web services, such as Facebook and Twitter, onto their handsets to give consumers a smartphone-like experience at a much lower price point. They also sync with your unprotected music stored in iTunes and Windows Media Player.

Prices

If you are going to cheap mobile phones, the price is the most important thing right? So, what do you expect these phones to cost? The Mini, which will cost less than $150 without a carrier subsidy, will go on sale in September. And the INQ Chat 3G, which will retail for less than $200 without a carrier subsidy, will go on sale in October.

Beyond the cheap handset prices, they have one powerful benefit. They are not smart phones. This means you can subscribe for less expensive data plans using the INQ phones. That translates to more savings for you.

Where are they sold?

The devices are expected to go on sale in six countries on Hutchison’s operator 3 later this year. These countries include the Australia, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Sweden and the UK. However, US buyers will have to wait a while. Luckily for you, the company is already discussing a deal with a US operator. It could reach US by next year.

In summary, these 2 models seem like a good deal if you are looking to buy cheap mobile phones. Although they might appear to have weaker fucntions compared to the iPhone and likes, they are affordable and is easily integrated into our digital lifestyle. So, if you are going to buy buy cheap mobile phones, keep an eye out for these 2 models.

What! Who Gave YOU A Free Phone Homie!

Posted on 09 August 2009 by cellphone

Ok, I finally got a free BlackBerry Storm from the right place. NO fees attached, (athough I didn’t think it was possible)

I don’t know what got into my head when I thought I could get a free cell phone from BlackBerry.. I needed a phone and
I needed one bad. Matter of fact, I needed a cell phone I could use overseas since I was taking
a trip to Germany!

I searched all over the net and saw alot of fake ads for freebies, etc. I wasn’t sure who I could trust.
A buddy of mine had the new iPhone. He loved it but it doesn’t have a keypad, and touchscreen just isn’t
my favorite option on a cell phone.

Another friend of mine told me about the new BlackBerry Storm and I just had to have it.
Matter of fact, she told me how to get a free BlackBerry Storm within a week.

I knew this was to good to be true so I ignored her. However, with my upcoming trip I decided to
test the waters and see if she was pulling my leg.

I took the leap of faith and actually signed up for the free BlackBerry.

Ok, I used a secondary email address (since I didn’t want SPAM) or any more than I usually have.

I reviewed this squidoo page on How To Get A Free BlackBerry Storm and clicked on the link provided.
I simply filled in my email address and filled out the next two pages. After 10 minutes MAX I completed the
requested forms.

A note about Germany: German spas and their natural thermal springs have long been known for their curative powers. Spagoers can not only relax in heated waters and enjoy fresh alpine air at picturesque health resorts, but can also choose from a wide range of hydrotherapy baths, massages and unusual salt and mud treatments at luxurious spa hotels. With over 350 health and spa resorts, as well as numerous hotels and holiday centers your well-being is the top priority.

Sausages are synonymous with Germany with each region having its own specialty. In Bavaria a white sausage is served with sweet mustard; Berliners love a curry sausage - thinly sliced, covered in ketchup and dusted with curry powder whilst locals in Thuringen swear by the Thuringer Rotwurst (red sausage). Wherever you go be sure to try the local speciality, the best sausages are served with a crusty bread roll from small mobile stands in the market squares. Guten Appetit!

The Reeperbahn in Hamburg’s St Pauli district is one of Europe’s most famed nightlife areas. This buzzing entertainment area full of clubs, bars and theaters was where the Beatles played in their early days and got their first break. If you are looking for some fun into the early hours, look to the Reeperbahn as one of the exciting things to do in Germany.

WOW, I went to Germany and back and used my free BlackBerry phone while I was there.
Next stop, a free iPhone!
